職人の現場で約10カ月研修

堺市産業振興センターと堺刃物商工業協同組合連合会は9月18日、「堺刃物職人養成道場」の受講生募集を始めたんよ。堺刃物職人の後継者確保・育成を目的としたもので、鍛冶コース4人程度、刃付コース18人程度を募集するわ。締め切りは10月24日午後5時。受講料は無料やで。

養成道場では、刃物製造の現場で職人の技術や知識に触れる体験研修、市内の刃物事業者とのマッチング、実技・座学研修を実施。刃物職人としての就業と定着をめざすで。刃物製造に関する知識や経験は問わず、未経験者も応募できる。

応募資格は原則18歳以上39歳未満で、

  • ものづくりに関わる意欲がある
  • 研修を継続して受講できる
  • 堺の刃物業界への就業をめざす

ことが条件。鍛冶、刃付のいずれか一つのコースを選択する。

鍛冶2社、刃付9社が受け入れ

受講生の受け入れを希望している市内刃物事業者も公表されてるんよ。

鍛冶職人は、

・榎並刃物製作所
・山塚刃物製作所

の2社。

刃付職人は、

・青木刃物製作所
・芦刃物製作所
・和泉利器製作所
・堺石藤
・馬場刃物製作所
・福井
・藤井刃物製作所
・八内刃物製作所
・山脇刃物製作所

の9社が受け入れを希望してるわ。

まず3回の体験研修

研修期間は12月5日から2027年9月30日まで。最初の約4カ月間は体験研修を行い、コースに応じた刃物事業者を訪問して見学や作業を全3回体験するわ。原則として毎週土曜日に実施し、事業者によっては平日に行う場合もある。1事業者につき2時間程度で、鍛冶コースは午前、刃付コースは午前・午後の実施を予定してるで。

体験研修後は、受講生と刃物事業者双方の意向を確認してマッチングを実施。マッチングが成立した受講生が、約6カ月間の実技・座学研修へ進むんよ。

月最大15万円の研修奨励金

実技研修はマッチング先の刃物事業者で週5日程度、1日6時間程度を予定。実践的な技能を学ぶわ。

実技研修期間中は、出席状況に応じて研修奨励金として月額最大15万円を支給するで。座学研修では、堺刃物の歴史や製造工程などについて5回程度の講義を実施し、平日午後6時ごろの開催を予定しているねん。

研修期間中は傷害保険に加入するが、受講生と刃物事業者との間に雇用関係は生じないんよ。また、国や大阪府が設置する訓練校や、学校教育法で定められた学校ではないで。

2027年10月ごろの就業へ

予定されているスケジュールは以下の通り。

  • 10月3日　説明会
  • 10月24日　応募締め切り
  • 11月上旬　一次選考結果通知
  • 11月下旬　二次選考結果・合否通知
  • 12月5日　開講式、体験研修開始
  • 2027年3月　マッチング、閉講式
  • 2027年4～9月　実技・座学研修
  • 2027年10月ごろ　就業開始

選考は、申込書類による一次選考と、一次選考合格者を対象としたグループ面接による二次選考を実施。結果はメールで通知するわ。

10月3日に説明会

10月3日午前10時から正午まで、堺市産業振興センター5階会議室1（堺市北区長曽根町）で説明会を開くんよ。

説明会では、養成道場の概要や研修内容を説明し、質疑応答も行うわ。参加は応募条件ではなく、希望者のみ。申し込みは専用のGoogleフォームから受け付けてるで。

受講希望者は申込書を特設ページからダウンロードし、堺刃物商工業協同組合連合会へメールまたは郵送で提出する。10月24日午後5時必着。
